Refund policy

Providing the best customer service is our main priority. 

Blank Sublimation Items- We do not provide refunds on our items. If there is an issue with an item, that we caused we will gladly replace it. Customer has to provide photos and/or videos of damaged product or missing pieces from product. 

Pre-Order items can be delayed from China, which is out of our control please note that we do not offer refunds due to delayed shipping of Pre-Ordered Inventory. 

Custom Items- Due to items being customized we do not offer refunds however we will gladly replace any damaged customer items that we are responsible for.
