Shipping policy

Processing orders takes 1-3 business days and then the Shipping timeframe is 7-10 business days after the order has been processed. Unless stated otherwise, review your order shipping information before purchase.

A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

We stress the importance of including a complete address with any apartment or suite number included. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address we will have to charge a $10.00 additional shipping fee to reship your order. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Fedex shipping is available at an additional cost. Please reach out if you would like for us to ship your order with a preferred shipping carrier.
